We provide a DETAILED baseline heat load survey. This appraises the U Value of every element of the property. It will establish the minimum size of any heat pump or heat source required for your property or building. This is an independent self-contained heat survey. It takes typically 3-4 hours on site and 3-4 hours in the office for a single small to medium dwelling. We use intelligent software that conforms to CIBSE, IPHE etc..
