Replacement smart meters were fitted to the Worthy Farm solar PV system by our qualified solar electrician. The smart enabled system now automatically sends meter readings to Good Energy, saving the client time, effort and money.
AVON FIRE AND RESCUE
Ensuring PV Revenue Success
We are working closely with AFRS and our meter-based monitoring system tracks the performance of their solar PV systems across the Fire Station Sites to identify any issues with performance after the system had failed. We generate a monthly report so that the organisation can track their generation and carbon figures.
DUCHY OF CORNWALL ORGANIC DAIRY
Monitoring multiple sites to ensure profitability
Our qualified solar electrician fitted new smart meters on all of the Duchy of Cornwall's solar PV systems. The new monitoring system provides a clear picture of the overall energy flow on each of the sites, automatically sends meter readings to Good Energy to claim Feed-in Tariff payments and highlights any issues with performance.
NORTHLEAZE PRIMARY SCHOOL
Billing The PPA and Ensuring Performance
The Northleaze Primary School solar PV system was funded by Low Carbon Gordano, a PPA provider. Our qualified solar electrician fitted the system with a new smart meter so that LCG could easily bill the school for the solar electricity they use.
