As in many areas we reach a low point in winter but perhaps the 11th of December (the day before the election) was the lowest point on my record. Many PV systems did not even get off the ground there. The 13th wasn't much better! Our wet autumn and winter is definitely having an effect. Maybe climate change as well.
There was so little radiation owing to very heavy clouds in Bristol and Bath.
