Conclusion
On this basis, adding another 50kWp of PV will be beneficial as the contribution to usage will still be substantial. It depends on the limit for export. Usage on site is the best use of the power but even exports are coming in around just under 6p/kWh and rising. I believe export is worthwhile as long as permitted by the local District Network Operator.
